It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all...

"We are from the United States. This home was perfect for our family. It is very clean and has everything we needed. Location is a manageable 10 minute walk to train station which was very important to us. Bolognia is central to several other cities in Italy that we wanted to visit. Each day, we just hopped on train to another city and came "home" each evening. Grocery store is within two blocks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Safety did not appear to be an issue...

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

Bathrooms were clean and spacious as well, and soap and shampoo were provided. It was nice to have a washer in the kitchen to wash clothing. The location was okay - about 20-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. We had a car and parked at Garage Grada, which was about 25 euros per day and very close to the apartment. "We had a great stay in Giorgo’s accommodation. It’s got all the facilities to feel like at home. Good location at a short walk to the main touristic sites."

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
