「This is not an hotel nor a B&B. It’s almost like home. Small details are carefully thought out to make guests feel they are at home. Amenities are first class. When we arrived early they had a room made out within an hour! 」

「The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「We stayed from March 30th 2024 till April 2nd 2024 . We had loved this place. Super clean and close to everything. Owner was amazing and helped us so much. We booked through Expedia and website had mistake but the property manager took care of us. Location is very good close to everything. Easy to come from airport to the apartment only cost us 2.50 euros. Only thing I have to mention is be careful when you are coming from the building main entrance door(big wooden door). It is not tall enough...

「La llegada al hotel fue fácil, se encuentra relativamente céntrica, el cuarto bastante limpio, no hubo ruidos durante la noche y siempre hubo seguimiento por cualquier detalle que se llegara a necesitar por parte del Host.」

The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. 」

Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. 「Great location within minutes walking distance to Duomo and other attractions! Nice and quiet at night as they have shutters on all the windows! The host was wonderful and responded to any questions immediately. I would stay here again.」

「Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.」

「非常滿意的住宿」

「入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的」
