Indonesia Hotel with Pool

"Although the staff are very nice and helpful, the first room we stayed was bad… here are the issues that we experienced: AC ran full blast and temperature cannot be changed, the sink was clogged, bad odor in the room, the shower cannot be closed because the glass wall was misaligned. In summary, the unit was not been properly maintained. We asked to switch to another room, but nothing was available until 2 days later. The 2nd room was much better."
