We got there an hour later and there was no one to let us in, we understand that the property has policies, but flights get delayed, canceled, or people get lost. We ended up having to pay for a hotel that night and went back to this property to check in the morning. The room was spacious but it did not feel clean. "The resort is about 20 minutes drive to Jeju city. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. The hotel and the room is very clean. The room furniture was bear minimum and not comfortable. Though the bed itself was very comfortable. The bedsheets were crisp, white and clean. There wasn't any restaurants around the hotel and tbe hotel doesn't provide any food. There wasn't even a vending machine around. There is a convenient store within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. "An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."
