"My 2nd visit in Seoul and I stayed in this same hotel. The location is fabulous, easy access and walking distance to all major attractions. Additional charge for the breakfast, but if you like Asian style food it was delicious and was worth the cost. No early check-in before 3pm, we stored the luggage at no cost in the basement lockers.
