"This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. "Overall, not the best nor the worst I've ever stayed in. Reasonable for price. I had no issues with checking in, but encountered many guests who did - I was WhatsApped the codes and details although others apparently were not, if the same had happened to me I'd be reviewing this with fewer stars. Fairly comfy bed, not great pillows but workable. Bath was nice once I worked out the plug.
