"Great access to the Marutamachi subway (literally next door!). The entrance was less upscale than expected, however once entered, have a mostly 4-star feel. We found it a bit on the darker side in both decor and natural lighting. Elevators were very small. However, professional and helpful staff. Room was VERY clean and presented a more traditional Japanese decor references (like a samurai art piece in a display case in our room). Great details! They included good quality complementary...
