"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. "The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!!"

"We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!"

"Much older home with 2 bathrooms ,one on second floor and one on third floor . There was an awful smell coming from the tub on 3rd, floor. My son being a plumber said it was not vented properly. Bedrooms were all upstairs 2nd and 3rd floor, very comfortable beds and clean, Stairs were narrow and hard to climb for the older ones staying, especially just to go to bathroom. Only 1 parking space for property so any extra vehicles had to park elsewhere away from the house, We had to be dropped off...
