The room was perfect for what I needed, calming and spotless with a touch of luxury. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, easily one of the best breakfasts I've had in Brighton let alone at a bnb. The building is also a gorgeous space throughout, and felt really safe. Lots of places to park if you are travelling by car. Cannot wait to...

"Extremely pleasant stay the staff were friendly and efficient, The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the lighting by the mirrors we found inadequate for getting ready for a wedding and it would have be nice to have a full length mirror. Breakfast wad great and will certainly stay again. Many thanks for making our stay most enjoyable."

"House was clean and tidy, ample room for a couple in room #2. Bed was soft and comfortable for one night. Host was very friendly and welcoming, we unfortunately didn’t get chance to try the homemade breakfast as we had to check out early. Cons: host was not there to greet us upon arrival and so the neighbour/tenant had to check us in. Location can be hard to find. Look for the flag at the end of the road - gravel driveway."

"The whole experience of staying at Duck Lodge was easy and delightful. Keith is the consumate host and is quite rightly very proud of the little slice of heaven he has created just outside of Brighton. We really enjoyed the feeling of being tucked away and having our own privacy. Using the hot tub was a treat and the lodge itself is super cute. We will be back :)"

The property has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen and homemade dessert on arrival. Stewart was great to deal with throughout. We'd love to return!"

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
