Very tired interior. Needs a lot of TLC. Even for a lower price than most hotels it wasn't value for money. We have stopped in hotels in a similar location for the same price that were a lot better

Good location. Room I stayed in was small, felt I was in the basenent. Seemed clean, was cleaned on first night, not cleaned on our second night though, just left more milk, left dirty cup, bathroom or bed not touched, was if could not be bothered, The staff I saw was friendly. Don't think I would stay there again.

This is my 3rd stay at Arriva Hotel, as always the Check in process was smooth. The Recetion Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walkable distance to Kings Cross Station & to many Restaurtantsm pubs and Supermarkets.
