"Excellent location for visitors to London. Next to Tower Hill station underground. Very accessible from the airport through the underground as well. To complimentary drinks unfortunately we didn't get to use them. The staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again"

"Pleasantly surprised how nice this propwery was. Very well maintained & met my expectations. The feont seak peraonnel was nice but wish they were a littlw more knowledgeable about amenities in the area and providing directions. The tv had very few channels & even fewer with watchable reception. Impossible to news, weather or event information - definitely disappointing. "

"Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

"This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb. We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "
