Super handy to be located at the end of the Heathrow Express whilst still being right on the edge of everything London's West End has to offer. Exceptionally helpful and friendly front desk staff a very welcome customer experience after a very long flight!

My wife requires medication that needs refrigeration and it took four trips to the front desk over two days to try and get the refrigerator repaired or replaced. Finally they moved us to a a different room with a working refrigerator. Luckily we brought a cooler bag an d we were able to get some ice, but it should not have taken four trips over two days to resolve the issue. Staff seemed concerned but nothing happened for two days.

Overall nice experience. The property looked really nice in the main lobby and restaurant areas, the staff were friendly and competent, and it is close to a lot of dining options as well as the subway station. Only complaint is that the room we stayed in seemed outdated compared to the rest of the hotel and how the photos looked online.
