Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a view of the Roman wall. The location is very convenient - across a main road from the Tower of London, next to an underground stop. There are many pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walk.

This hotel is so conveniently located just around the corner from Tower Hill station (easy access to airport with a simple connection), excellent in-room facilities and an on-site lap pool & sauna. Really not much more you could look for in Central London. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

Someway through Expedia I ended up with 2 reservations at the Leonardo Royal. When I canceled one reservation, the hotel would not return my payment. I feel they robbed me. The hotel and staff were great. The corporate policies are not traveler friendly.
