This was a lovely property, great breakfast but the bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft and likely time for replacement. I would stay again, great location and walkable to Paddington.

The reception staff couldn’t find my Expedia booking and made me wait for 30 mins whilst they “integrated the booking”. The AC above my bed was covered in cobwebs. The room was tidied and fresh towels put down everyday but not sure if it was vacuumed as there was a scabby-looking thing near my door that didn’t move throughout my stay until I picked it up and threw it in the bin.

I didn’t have a fridge - the room was quite small but had everything except a fridge - no view - staff were great - unfortunately on Friday night the air conditioning was faulty and I lost some sleep the very night before I was going to a function on the Saturday -

Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great value. Loved the free newspapers in the lobby. Room size tight, so keep luggage to a minimum. Window outlook sad.
