Great location for the Royal Albert Hall and close to the rail. Premium room sufficed for the little time we spent in it. Check in front desk staff was the nicest (female and male, I hate I can’t remember their names ) especially since Taxi dropped us off at wrong hotel and we ended up walking to the Raddison. They were both very accommodating and welcoming. Room service staff was equally pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is a nice Edwardian. Enjoyed that part. However, Radisson Blu Vanderbilt fumbled our reservation from Expedia and charged us directly for the two nights despite the fact that this was a prepaid reservation with Expedia.This necessitated several follow ups on our part to get a refund of the erroneous charge.

A nice room, comfortable bed, fluffy towels replenished each day. Nice staff - very helpful. The only downside was there was a generator or very noisy air conditioning and it was hard to sleep. Otherwise great.
