Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Convenient restaurant and great breakfast (you should get breakfast option with your booking). Great proximity to tourist sites, shopping, and restaurants. Close to Covent Garden.

The location is central to everything. Stayed in a superior queen. The room was not large but not cramped. Clean with great water pressure. The morning buffet was a nice way to start the day. Drawback was the elevators. One was out of service for most of my stay which left only 2 small ones. Long wait times so plan accordingly. Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Right in the heart of everything- the tubes, shopping, theater district, and sightseeing. Safe area and very friendly staff! Worth the extra money to be near so many things within walking distances.
