Wonderful location, gorgeous property. The restaurant is exemplary and well worth the cost. Convenient access to public transportation, including the Underground. Walking distance to several restaurants with a convenience store right across the street. Bathrooms were wonderful with heated towel racks and provided bathrobes. Bed was enormous and quite soft. Good proximity to several theatres as well. The worst part of the stay was that it was so short. Would stay there again in the future.

Rooms were very large for the area however, furniture was worn and dated. Bathrooms were also large however very much in need of a renovation. Very difficult to have room cleaned. In room dining service was very disappointing. Missing items from menu, took over an hour to deliver, brought wrong items.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dilly! We were there for a week and would definitely stay there again. The staff was always so kind and helpful. Henry gave us a big welcome! The building is over 100 years old, so with that in mind, it’s in excellent condition. If you are used to brand new and sparkling clean, keep in mind that for London 100 years is new compared to the other buildings that are 1000 years old. The Lobby is very modern. The pool is very pretty. I was a little disappointed that there was scaffolding and we couldn’t see the building from the front, but that’s life in the big city. They have a serious gym. The best thing is that it is so conveniently located to everywhere. We barely used public transportation. We went to 4 shows and could walk back every night. It’s so close to the action, but in your room you feel very peaceful. We did high tea at the Dilly. The desserts are pieces of art, you feel guilty biting into them! If you are looking for charm and convenience with an excellent staff, look no further! The Dilly is the place!

This was a very nice hotel. Easy check in, nice staff everywhere, including the bar. The room had nice amenities including a much appreciated robe and slippers to use. Excellent location as well. Highly recommend!

The Dilly is in a great location for getting around London. On top of that the hotel stay was enjoyable. Friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet to start the day. A nice lounge to unwind in and a lovely dining room. We plan to use the Dilly as our London go to hotel in the future for its great location to all forms of transportation for getting around London.

We had the most amazing 4 night stay at the Dilly. The service was phenomenal from front desk, concierge, bell hops, and anyone we encountered really. The hotel was comfortable and felt upscale. My last night there they dropped off Champaign, fresh fruit and treats). You can’t beat the location for central to shopping (Regent St , Bond st shops, Fortum and Mason) dining (SoHo and Carnaby) and tube stations (Piccadilly and Greenpark are both close by). We definitely stay here again when I stay in London.
