"I stay here often because it is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. It seems to me that the rooms keep getting smaller every time I come. I know you're in the business of making money, but the last room I was in, I could barely open the door to enter and had to close it to enter the room entirely. When compared to the price you charge, that's a bit ridiculous. Also, the bed was very soft."

"Great friendly staff and ideal location for exploring NYC. Air con worked very well and bathroom was very spacious. We were disappointed that the room was only made on 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. There is a fair bit of noise from the street but that is to be expected in one of NYCs busiest areas and it did not stop us from sleeping as eventually quiets down late at night."
