"The hotel is great - as you would expect from citizen M but it’s in a mixed area - on the edge of Soho which is great and well within walking distance and good access to subway via Spring St but the side of the road the hotel is on is quite run down and it’s very close to the bridge so the noise is significant from traffic. I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. I imagine it was a great spot before this started but it’s far from inviting at the entrance and only until you get off the elevator is it truly what you see in the photos, covered by plastic. "We had booked for 5 nights and because of flight cancellation had to shortened to 4 nights. The hotels was cleaned but would had loved if there was complimentary breakfast. There was breakfast available but it was not cheap so had to skip that and use the Dunkin and Seven 11. Overall it was nice stay."
