"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

"Great location. Plenty of food vendors in the nearby area and vending machines pretty much on every block. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only downside is that they don’t regularly clean the room. You have to book a request via a QR code link to have the room cleaned or towels replaced."

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. "This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again. "

"I liked the hotel overall. I rated low on eco friendly because they use single use plastic water bottles and they use Keurig style coffee pods in the lobby. The thermostat in the room was not user friendly and the room never reflected the temperature that was displayed. I enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to a friend. "It was my boyfriend’s and I first time traveling to Japan and we just wanted to share that this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, communicative and attentive! The room is clean and smells so good. Everything we needed was given to us. There’s also a Family Mart right next to the hotel, just on the left of the entrance door! There’s a station underground and just on the right side as well! Transportation was easy and of course, konbini food every night haha… We’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!"
