"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Have never been to a Glamping pod before but would absolutely visit the little hide again. The pod was a good size and had everything we needed. Great location and the showers/ toilets are well kept. Would come back next time and will bring a disposable bbq to use at the shared area."

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly. The lounge area was a cozy environment. We spent some time having snacks and playing scrabble down there when it was raining one evening. Food at breakfast was delicious. Great location and easy walk to the Shambles. "
