"Beautiful home with a great view, right on the ocean. Was very quiet when we went (off season), but will definitely be renting again. Very clean, and had just about everything you would need!"

"This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

"Location has the potential to be great but it is run down and needs A LOT of work. From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. Ceiling in the kitchen has brown water stains in the ceiling, floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom are cracked, ants kept coming in from outside, food left in the fridge and trash was left in and on the garbage can,...

"We traveled to Boston to see our son graduate from BC. We have stayed in the area many times over his 4 years. This location was wonderful with great restaurants and easy access to the city. The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. "We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new.
