"It is great foe the price! Do not believe google when it says it does not exist. It exist but Google or Apple Maps does not get you there. The hotel is on the top of a restaurant of the same name and if you google the restaurant name it will take you there. We just stay one night but it was clean and comfortable. Nice staff when we checked in. "

"Calling itself a B&B is not true. Listed by Hotels.com as including breakfast is not quite correct.You are in fact given a voucher for each person. This entitles you to a coffee and a croissant with a limited value. I would not call this “including breakfast”. The kitchenette is not very well equipped, nor was it very clean. The dish cleaning sponge was an ancient relic and I would not use it. The walls are very thin so you know exactly what the neighbours are doing. All this for almost €100 is...

While we try find other hotel, white place call the driver and wait about 20 minutes with us until the reception came And I took the room "

"Not what we were expecting at all! The room was nice enough but it is situated on the second floor of a building with not much nearby. Fine for a stopover. Also, there was no breakfast as had been advertised, which was a shame."

"On my way to cinque terra, stopped by Nuovo Hotel Moderno for one night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and clean. Amazing breakfast ham. Really like the espresso. Highly recommended!!"

"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"
