"Loved the location for USJ. Bed was really comfortable. The one frustration we had was the laundry facilities. There is only one per floor from the 4th floor to the 25th floor if I’m remembering correctly? But other people from different levels can come to your level to use the laundry facilities. So we had to change floors several times to check which washing machine was available. Inefficient and felt a little unsafe because anyone could access whichever of these floors. "

There's a drug store just around the corner of the hotel which is a good point as well.
