"Stayed at Breakers Resort - Dunes loc (4 fl hotel) on May 2nd - May 5th. Late Birthday Chk-In, past 10pm. Drove up to registration, an older man reminded me to take photo of my plate for parking tag. I was instantly greeted w/smile by “Haley A “ who chk’d me in quickly & presented me w/coupon book including breakfast vouchers. The registration area was very clean and organized. I drove across st to my building and easily parked. Addt’l Breakers parking garage directly across st on the same side as Dunes. My bottom floor room was clean, fresh bedding, ample towels, washcloths, toiletries to include shampoo/Conditioner/ Two bars of soap, And the air was set to cool temp. Shower pressure was perfect and hot. The bed was very comfortable, but wish I had a thicker blanket. I was fine after I adj the temp. I was missing a coffee maker. Both TVs worked and gave clear sharp pic. I had the same tall cleaning lady Ms.Elinore (Jamaica) who was awesome! She had fresh towels/linens every day w/friendly smile. She allowed me time to open the door to let her in versus being walked in on. I really appreciated her courtesy. Breakfast at Papi’s was great and Kevin gave awesome service! I viisited all resort pools, slides, lazy rivers that lead directly to beach .. so convenient. Chk-Out hick-up... Switchboard lady w/attitude refused to connect me w/front desk at 10:15am to request few more mins for chk/Out, said no Mngr on prop to sp/with. That was untrue and only bad exp received. Faye "

"The room was very nice and had a luxurious feel. We had a small issue one morning but housekeeping management addressed it right away. We appreciated the prompt response to our issue. We will look to using this hotel for future stays when visiting Myrtle."

"Loved the hotel and the staff. I forgot my wedding rings in the room and the staff went to the room to check and held them for me until I returned. Will definitely be back next time."

"When this property was first built they would enclose the pool and hot tub area so that it would have an indoor pool and hot tub but we were disappointed to come this time and it was not enclosed and the pool isn’t heated. The wind off the ocean makes it very cold. We stay at Ocean Enclave in November 2023 as well and they didn’t enclose the pool area either. It was very cold and uncomfortable considering the amount of money spent for the stay. "

"I really liked the property. The balcony has a real view of the strip and the ocean. Even though our room was next to the ice machine it still was quiet. Bathroom was clean, as well as the microwave and fridge. Bed linen was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Will stay again "
