"I could see the harbour from my window and it was stunning. The room was spacious and clean. Location is a bit far from restaurants and places of interests but still reachable by foot."

"The facility has everything you need, the staff is very friendly and lovely. The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice to please everyone. The location is excellent, in a cul de sac (so quiet) and at a short walk to the light rail and train station, with a direct train to the airport, so you don't need a taxi or car. We loved our stay, and will be back!"

"Nice clean gardens well kept. Didn’t like only one rolll of toilet paper for 4 adults over 2 nights. Trouble getting out of property. Couldn’t get out of car park without driving car. The only exit gate we found was locked from the outside and we couldn’t get out without help."

"One of the staff members was outstanding, Amir who was seconded from the Novotel Olympic Park to the Fairmont. He was super helpful in showing us around when we were looking for the pool facilities. He was a great ambassador to the hotel group and on several occasions during our stay he checked in on us and genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed.
