"Everything was as described. Spacious cabin and convenience for the beach. We had cold weather but the heating was efficient. Lots of amenities for children and a cafe on site. "

"One of the staff members was outstanding, Amir who was seconded from the Novotel Olympic Park to the Fairmont. He was super helpful in showing us around when we were looking for the pool facilities. He was a great ambassador to the hotel group and on several occasions during our stay he checked in on us and genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed.
