Every single staff member was fantastic! Their helpfulness and friendliness were the real highlights of our stay. The hotel itself could use some upgrading at the interiors are quite worn/dated. It was also interesting that all the rooms didn't come standard with a safe and mini fridges-- you have to request them if your room doesn't come with one. While they don't have any food establishments on site, the hotel is centrally located and they have a lounge on their 27th floor with free coffee and tea. We took advantage of this perk every day and it was really nice!

Second time staying at this location and it’s been a great experience. The staff has been super friendly and helpful and the location is great. I don’t mind the small space as I’m usually out, and I don’t need much space as I’m only there for a short time. I look forward to future stays.
