The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"the hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes and almost everything else you can imagine. the bed is comfortable my room was a bit small compared to the size of the bed. there wasn't much room to sit at the desk. other than that the location is excellent near many bus and the high Street Kensington underground just a few minutes walk away. this is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm gladly return if I need to stay in the Kensington area. "

"The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen."

Underground is walking distance away and there are take outs, restaurants and Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S etc in walking distance. No smoking is allowed which is an extra bonus. Clean and tidy rooms. Will go again when visiting London."
