The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"the hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes and almost everything else you can imagine. the bed is comfortable my room was a bit small compared to the size of the bed. there wasn't much room to sit at the desk. other than that the location is excellent near many bus and the high Street Kensington underground just a few minutes walk away. this is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm gladly return if I need to stay in the Kensington area. "

"No hairdryer or coffee & kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was ok but basic. Need a new toaster. Otherwise good value for money and an excellent location for visiting London. Underground is walking distance away and there are take outs, restaurants and Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S etc in walking distance. No smoking is allowed which is an extra bonus. Clean and tidy rooms.
