Appartamento pulito con tutto quello che serve, curato ed essenziale. Molto comodo alla metro e servito di supermercato proprio sotto casa. Il letto matrimoniale leggermente piccolo per le mie abitudini ma comunque comodo, bagno con una bella doccia grande sprovvisto però di bidet (ma come in tante altre strutture europee). Cucinina con tutto ciò che serve, magari la munirei di qualche stoviglia in più visto Ci tornerò e lo consiglio

When you have 2 to 3 inches of space to go from the entrance to the kitchen bc the space between the bed and the wall... after a couple of the days just get annoying... road noise sucked too... you have to purchase your own laundry soap... will not stay in the same place again,,, in the pictures looks good... real life not soo good... 2 elevators that fit 2 people.... for the whole time we were there only one was working... The room was reasonably clean. But it was really dated and the bathroom room window had several cracks which made us concerned about the safety. It was our third time to stay here and this time was the worst. Rooms with this kind of condition should not be used until appropriate improvements are made.

The office staff were very friendly. Although the city view room was noisy. I was grateful that they kindly changed my room after I asked the next day the inner-facing unit was quiet. The only issue was that I didn’t get fresh towels during 7night stay. Everything else was good.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to South Kensington station. While the room worked for our stay, it is worth noting that the room did not look like the pictures Expedia has posted on its booking site.

Cute studio. My cousin and I loved that it had everything we needed - a stove, microwave, laundry machine, iron, etc. Check in was amazingly smooth and the best part was that our room was ready 3 hours earlier than expected! There wasn’t any air conditioning but we just opened the windows and it let a nice breeze in. Overall, I’d love to stay here again. It’s so walkable and we were very pleased with everything!

The bed was extremely small and didn't really hold the two of us, we're both slim! Also the boss is difficult to get in and out of as it is very deep and quite high up. However, everything was good with the exception of one of the lifts not working 5 days that we were there. This caused delays of about 20 minutes at times as the lift is small and people had huge cases
