This was our 1st time visiting New York and we were excited about visiting. The hotel was perfect and the location was perfect . Christian the front desk attendant was pleasant and gave excellent customer service for the hotel. He gave us information about riding the transit train and maps of the area. The room smelled like really dirty feet, the bathtub was really small, and you have to preload money into the washer dryer system with limited selections (ex: $10, $25, etc) meaning that you will have your money still in the system after you leave. Overall it was a nice hotel. The train (subway) is literally steps away, food options are literally steps away (vegan friendly), park nearby, good/safe area, pretty lounge areas, the hotel layout was nice- lots of space, the breakfast was decent (vegan oatmeal and almond milk option), and the staff is really friendly/ helpful.

Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights. The attendant that helped us check in was very friendly! He was also helpful in recommending a place to eat nearby. Our room was clean, overall our stay was great! I highly recommend this place, near to metro station, literally a block away.
