"It was outside of town like farming area but still easy access to town center. Nice queen size bed and sitting room as well as separated dinning area and kitchen. Nothing more you need!"

"Beautiful little house , great central base to adventure from…location is excellent, peaceful setting , upon arrival lights left on “9.00pm”, locally made hot cross buns , honey and milk waiting for us, such a nice personal touch. "We stayed four nights in this older farm house. There’s so much room, a nice big kitchen and the view and fresh air were wonderful. The beds had lovely linen but were softer than our liking. The single bathroom was on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms. Other furnishings are a bit tired and shabby, but we were not really at the house very much because there is so much to explore in the area. We also appreciated Melanie letting us stay one night up the hill at her studio as I didn’t...

"Was a good place to catch up with friends and let the kids play, even on a wet day we have plenty to do, the type of place you can book and not leave the whole time. Dogs enjoyed it too. Property manager was very good at communicating, highly recommend."

"Group of 10, house, location etc were perfect. In middle of a farm, private and all animals friendly. Even Harriet the chicken who decided the balustrade by our bedroom window was a good hangout place. She got lots of scratches under her wings. Owners were there pottering around feeding farm stock etc, but were very respectful of our privacy. We will definitely be back."

"Our farm stay was beautiful. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and the space down stairs was great kept everyone occupied. Beds comfortable plenty of blankets and towels provided and the fire place was amazing. Regular delivery of farm fresh eggs from the host such a nice thing to do.
