「Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. 「Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel. The hotel is new, it looks grand. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.」
