We brought our 4 month old baby boy and they went out of the way to accommodate us. They put us in a slightly more secluded room and dining section so we didn’t need to feel bad when he cried. They set up a little bed for him at dinner time. "

We booked the private baths without any issues and we were lucky that each time it was available for us. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They picked us up from the train station and drove us to the closest bus station on our free day in Hakone, we thought that was very helpful because walking to the station would be impossible. "

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles.
