Ortigas Center Golf Hotel

"Room stench smoking by previous tenant "

"I love staying here, staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the hotel has 2 elevators, they shut down 1 elevator to save cost but they keep hanging a signage saying "under maintenance". It is very inconvenient and sometimes long waiting time for the elevator. The elevator can house only 4 passengers. "

"The location, free breakfast option and staff were all excellent. Although the rooms, since it's condo style, they could've added other necessary items like paper towels, paper napkins and also additional outlets for charging electronics. If they don't want to use plugs, the lamps should at least have a usb port where we could charge our phones while we sleep. I had to move some furnitures so I could access the plug to charge my phone while I sleep. Also, the room spray that they use in the...

"I like that we had a big unit with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bathrooms need upgrades as well as furniture in the living room. We can hear the noise from unit above us dragging their chairs. Air condition needs upgrading in masters bedroom. Robert restaurant manager is amazing letting us order ahead as we have a late arrival and he even set up the food in our unit. Front desks staffs and security and housekeeping all polite. Hotel is close to shopping malls. It was overall a pleasant stay."
