We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Think this a good hotel if it was well kept! All of the rooms have an Oder and has some damage also they have cockroaches and which made mad the amount of money that I paid this place should be immaculate

The room I requested wasn’t ready when I checked in but was all sorted in the end. Always nice to stay at Richmonde Ortigas considering value for money at a prime location. Staff are all very helpful. Always ready to assist. It would be nice though if the rooms were a bit updated and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.

I stayed in a junior suite but the hotel was not good maintained! I will recommend a cleaner hotel if you are staying w a baby. Pro: Close to the centre mall Wifi is ok Cons: Very old and not maintained! All facilities are old like visiting a grandmother house. The TV desk cupboard was broken. If it is a room which has a door between other room you can hear the noise of the next person room. The baby crib was VERY DIRTY, it was brown. The curtains are supposed to be white but looks like it is brown now.

Below is my personal experience : 1. So many ants coming from nowhere to the desk (but the reception did get me a new room immediately). 2. The safe and phone didn't work properly. Safe's door couldn't pop out automatically. 3. This was my own problem but I got a huge allergy to the carpet and kept sneezing during the stay. But the staff is nice and friendly! Breakfast is ok. As an old hotel like Richmonde, overall it is well maintained, clean and organized.

This hotel looks and feels old. When I got inside my room. There was this either old room smell or maybe it used to be a smoking room. Caulking around the tub were coming off. You can tell it was not installed by a professional. The tub was showing it’s age and begging to be replaced. Some electrical outlets are broken and some don’t even have power. The carpet was really old. Staff during checkin and checkout were very professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was not the Best but there were a lot of choices and they were delicious. The location of the hotel was not the best due it being a busy street. Be ready to leave an hour earlier than planned. It took me an hour by car to travel 3 miles. If possible use a motorcycle taxi. It’ll get you to your destination sooner. I’m not going back to this hotel. There are better hotels in the area. At least I tried it. Thanks Richmonde Hotel.
