"Great place, near many tourist destinations. Staff was very friendly and only downside was that theres no parking. Only valet parking but there’s plenty of street parking areas all around."

"The security gaurd Michael that works weekends was wonderful! He was so friendly and hospitable. He gifted our boys collectible baseball cards upon our departure and told us the story to each card. The property was neat and clean. It was so nice having our room on the same floor as the pool since we traveled with kids. We will definitely be returning to this hotel."

"Stayed in Urban Suite. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had all the amenities (minifridge, coffee maker, safety locker). Bathroom had a separate tub and was very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and the room service personal (Ms. Judy) made extra effort to take care of the needs. Overall a great stay. "

"Scenic bayside location; convenient place to leave a car and explore San Francisco by public transportation. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs (I was set for a nearby medical procedure and needed a quiet place to rest and recuperate post-operation.) Nice bar and restaurant with Bay views, outdoor deck. Not a new facility but decently maintained. Good walking paths on and around the property."

"Very nice hotel, pet friendly, we loved everything including room with kitchenette and sleep sofa, we also enjoyed Coffee in the morning and complimentary wine at the bar every night. Friendly staff and location was good too walkable to Chinatown and financial district with yummy eateries."

"Arrival and signage to main lobby very clear. Interior lobby is grand and an incredible architectural space. Check in was quick and easy. Upgraded to a suite with decent views and nice space however the bathroom layout could be improved. Shower was narrow and shower head spray was not very wide and water pressure was poor. Also hot/cold is mislabeled. A suite should have more gracious bathroom spacing. Other than everything is great, not sure I would pay for suite again unless bathroom situation was rectified. "
