"Great hotel, newly updated amenities were appreciated. We tried to check in early and were excited when we were informed there was a room ready, sadly they charged us for early check in. I think if there is a room available it would be nothing to just allow guests in without a fee. Disappointing. That aside, I would recommend this hotel. I haven’t been to Tenderloin area in about 6/7 years, but the homelessness and addictions have become such a problem. Nothing against Hotel Emblem but good to...

"I attended this hotel for my daughters College Graduation weekend, it was close proximity to good dining, the Highlight and Star of the whole experience were the staff members all were super helpful, even one carried my luggage to the parking lot that’s attached, the parking which allows in and outs at 61 bucks or so is a steal in the city! I parked and ubered around town, I’ll def be back!"
