「This is a fantastic condo, close to everything. Great amenities, spacious shower, great water pressure, washer/dryer & fully equipped kitchen. Having a half bath is a nice bonus! Parking is on street but not a problem, plenty of spaces. Only surprise was the steps; about 25 to go up, but good for the cardio! Communication was fantastic with the property owner also. While I was in town for business, I wish I was there for pleasure and would definitely consider coming back down and staying here...

I was able to walk to the beautiful historic downtown and lowertown areas of Paducah with ease while my husband attended meetings in the area. There are several museums, the riverfront, and great restaurants all in walking distance from the apartment. The only minor complaint was the room temperature. It was quite hot outside and for some reason the thermostat kept going up while we were out of the apartment, so it took a long...
