「We had a wonderful stay at the Serenity Villa. It is a gated community with sidewalks. You are within walking distance from the villa to the beach. It's a beautiful complex. The villa is nicely decorated and very clean with plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!!」

A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart.」

「Overall a very good experience. We have stayed at Avian twice before but were not able to use the amenities of Litchfield at the Sea. For this property, we were and enjoyed that extra perk. The property was as shown with enough space for a party of 8 comfortably. The whole family enjoyed the stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have access to the garage in order to charge the golf cart.」
