"We stayed on the top level suite and it was absolutely superb! It was amazing to have a little bit more space all to ourselves so we were able to get some groceries and coffee and just hang out. Victoria‘s hospitality was above and beyond and really gave you the layout of the city right when you got there. The property was perfect for walking around and getting out and about in A surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants, restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We were in town visiting for a wedding. It was such a comfortable stay! It was clean, quiet, and the morning breakfast was pretty decent before heading out to sight-see. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Got there late at night and was offered a room by the clerk who wasn’t very courteous. The room offered on the fourth floor which wasn’t a very comfortable room was missing the glass partition and the room had a stench. After going back to the main desk, there was a new clerk there who was a lot nicer. She offered me a much more cleaner and comfortable room which I appreciated! "

"Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!"

"We came in for a weekend visit and the hotel was great. We arrived early from our flight but were able to hang in the lobby until a room became available for us. Hotel staff was super nice and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was our first visit to Philly and we preferred the hotel location. Granted, outside of the city center but it was still only about a 20 minute drive to main attractions. We LOVED that there’s a hotel shuttle to the airport which made getting around super easy! Will definitely come stay again. "
