"The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though."

"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. "We loved our stay here, felt like a little bit of paradise! :) The beach is beautiful and clean (water not so much, but not much they can do), the room was spacious and housekeeping comes every morning. " The hotel itself is very nice and clean , the staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast , comfortable rooms , excellent swimming pool , best location to enjoy sunset . The hotel locate in short walking distance to the night market and a public beach just next to the hotel with a lot of street vendors . The only thing that I don't like are those floating garbage around the hotel , especially in the afternoon . "
