"Had to wait to check in as the last people caused damage and the facility need to fix it. 3 days after checking in the grounds person and key holder showed up at 7:30pm to install front window screen which had to come in to get into garage for tools. They were unable to install screen and left. Saturday at 10am grounds guy showed up and was grinding the window so the screen would fit. At no time did the facility let us know that they needed to fix the screen window and at what time they would be...

"My stay was fine, I was looking for a safe place to stay during COVID as to not expose my parents to our travels. The host did not wear or bring a mask when checking in, He did not even bring one with him. I did not want to enter the house with him, so he got mad and just left me the keys.
