「Lovely hotel in for extended family short stay. Rooms were all clean comfortable & well furnished. Food was great. We booked one of their igloos for 8 of us which was perfect and the service was excellent 」

「I really loved my stay here. It’s in a beautiful location by the river with attentive staff and excellent food. We had a wonderful view of the river from our room and the hotel felt very peaceful and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again when in the area - it’s a wonderful place to unwind. 」

「I intentionally booked the Junior Suite according to the website photo for that particular room but the staff had put me in another room. It was quite clear from their reply that they gave the room to someone else, so upgraded me to a modern room. Disappointing as I wanted the character of the old style room but that said, the room we were given was spacious and comfortable. Considering the price / value for money, I will not be staying here again 」
