"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"Everything was great and its a beautiful area. The only thing that wasnt "bad" necessarily is that it was not air conditioned (yeah, we're spoiled Americans). But the temperatures were fine and there was a fan included. Staff was great and accommodating. Lots of beautiful areas nearby!"
