"I've stayed here many times. There is never anyone at the front desk when you check in. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes before anyone comes out. It's always the same girl. Is it too much to ask to know where your room is? This time i got 'it's on the second floor '.....i asked ok, i figured that, what part of the building? I got 'the stairs are over there'. How about do what most hotels do, have a map that says, you are here, your room is here. That way i won't have to walk all the way...

"This was an unexpected treat. I took my 15 year old daughter and three friends to see a concert and this was just a place to crash. The double queen room on the sixth floor was spacious, clean, and crisp. The “sofa bed” (my bed) was actually a larger L-shaped couch that was partially divided from the other beds. I could have pulled it out but it was big enough as is. -I slept like a rock. Every staff member was professional and genuine. The complimentary breakfast was the BOMB.- Like a Sunday...
