San Juan Family Hotel

"Is a nice house to stay, the only thing is that the house is Not in front of the beach but is several steps from it. The pool that is mentioned is not a pool is more likely a Jacuzzi but it was nice. We enjoyed it, the ONLY but about it is the showers one of them is too dirty from walls to bottom I didn’t feel comfortable showering."

The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. "We loved this hotel! So comfortable, cute and eco friendly. A lot of restaurants and the beach are walking distance. Also, old San Juan and El Condado are super close driving. The staff was great! They explained everything to us and let us check out 30 min after our time due to our flight departing late. They also provided stuff to take to the beach which was nice. Great Hotel!!!❤️ will definitely come back here "

What left an impression was I left my camera bag on the shuttle bud to old San Juan, the driver returned it to the desk, and the staff at the desk made sure it got back to me. Thank you!! - We stayed at five hotels on the island during our stay, the staff at this hotel were very helpful compared to some of the other hotels, especially the chain ones. "

"The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, newly renovated but hallways were dark. Emergency stairs were durty. Area has some dirty streets and you can also see people who are experiencing homelessness. "
