"Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!"

"The property and responsive management team provided everything we needed for our first family vacation as adult children! Great gated community and quiet neighborhood. The view of the ocean waves at the end of the street was definitely a highlight. Updating the toilets in both 1/2 bathrooms and the shower and toilet in the full bathroom shared by people in the 3 bedrooms would be great but didn’t take much away from our experience. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!"

"My family & I stayed here it was a group of 5 . They had everything we needed . Sunscreen , towels , water . Gave us complimentary Jell-O shots they were amazing along with a six pack of beer . Everything was very clean . The two rooms towards the back were very hot no AC units in them but we bought fans for both rooms & it was fine . "We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels and the welcome gift (taro chips, coffee, organic gummies, and one more item that I can’t remember) was a nice touch. I would describe the neighborhood as up and coming and my high schoolers felt safe walking to Calle Loiza by themselves. The street is quiet so you would sleep well. There is also an upstairs rentals so we were thinking to rent that for our in-laws in the future. There is a beach...
