「Favorite hotel so far! Love the breakfast, our waitress was amazing... she would remember our orders from the day before (I think her name was Mariam... she went above and beyond! ) Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable and the service was excellent. Might go back to London just to stay at this hotel! 」

「A beautiful little house with friend people there. A little far from the underground station, like two bus stops away. I will not suggest walking there with luggages. One of the best service we got for the whole trip in UK. Not very large but clean room. However, I don’t know why we got an accessible room, the wash basin was very small and low. Also no separated area for shower, so it was a disaster in the bathroom every time we had a shower.」

「Fast contact! I worried about apt check in but the lady was so fast to contact and she generously checked in early. Room was not like hotel but it was fine for family travel. There were a couple of convenient stores and very nice restaurants near apt. We could enjoy tower bridge pictures everydays. It was really a comfortable for family travel. If you want to get hotel-like experience it will be contraindicated.」
